The highly flexible LED Beam is an illumination system designed for the LUXBEAM LED 

HELIOS and LUNA optical engines. It features a range of light tunnels scaled to fit the different DMD types supported by our optical engines. When mounted to an optical engine the possibilities to adjust the light output in x- and y- direction, as well as rotation, ensures a perfectly illuminated DMD surface.

LED Beam features Luminus PT120/PT121 high power LED’s for high performance monochrome Red, Green or Blue output. LED Beam is also available in a UV version that comes with our UV light tunnel and supports near UV LED (388nm). This is used in combination with our UV optimized optical engines. It is also possible to customize the LED Beam to fit most LED’s available in the market.

To ensure the best possible reliability and lifetime as well as high optical efficiency of the LED the LED Beam is fitted with a high capacity cooler based on heat pipe technology.

Trough the features described above it is possible to have a system output (including optical engine and DMD) of up to several watts optical power.
