This light engine was prepared to demonstrate that the LUXBEAM 0.55" on-axis optical module is a suitable starting point for lithography applications.

This LUXBEAM® 2000 light engine was built from the following VISITECH building blocks:

Using our building blocks, the focus of our product adaption was on:

  • Formatter functionality through FPGA and software adaptations
  • Input signal electronics board
  • Monochrome design, not using colour wheel
  • Mechanical design
This light engine was designed  with XGA DMD for light in the visible range, but can form the basis for a redesign for UV applications.
