For a project for one of our customers, we used our Luxbeam® 2000 platform to make an off-axis front projection unit for simulation purposes. Remote operation was a key element in the project. This was solved using WLAN and serial communication.

This LUXBEAM® 2000 light engine was built from the following Visitech building blocks:
- LUXBEAM® 2000 DLP® Electronics
- S2+ optical module
- UHP lamp for optical module
- LUXBEAM® Power supply electronics
Using our building blocks, the focus of our product adaption was on:
- Formatter functionality through FPGA and software adaptions
- Input signal electronics board
- Mechanical adaptions
- PCB layout configuration depending on application requirement
- Image warping electronics for curved screens and edge blending
