The content of the projects VISITECH is involved in is of course determined by the application and customer requirements. Often a pre-project or a feasibility study is helpful to determine the best solution for an new development project.
Our experience is configuring building blocks from our portfolio gives an effective project. Advantages are short time to a technology demonstrator or prototype, low development cost, high product quality and low technical and commercial risk. For NDA reasons we cannot reveal detailed project contents, customer names etc. Below follows some examples of light engine demonstrators compiled from VISITECH's building blocks.
LUXBEAM® 2230 LED engine for medical application
Together with a customer within the medical field of use, Visitech has made a projector unit based on a special version of the LUXBEAM® 2230 electronics.
LUXBEAM® 3000 Black/White Light Engine for Fringe Projection
Following a customer request, VISITECH put together a demonstrator for a structured light application. Using existing building blocks, this was done in a few weeks.
LUXBEAM® 2000 Light Engine for an Augmented Reality Application
Following a customer request, VISITECH put together a prototype for a low brightness overlay in a near-to-eye application.
LUXBEAM® 2000 Light Engine for a special Direct View Application
This particular application required a 1.7" intermediate image with an aspect ratio of 2:1. Physical constraints dictated a challenging opto-mechanical design.
LUXBEAM® 2000 0.7" On-axis Light Engine for Lithography Application
This light engine was prepared to demonstrate that the LUXBEAM 0.7" on-axis optical module is a suitable starting point for lithography applications.
LUXBEAM® 2000 Light Engine for Seamless Projection Systems
For a project for one of our customers, we used our Luxbeam® 2000 platform to make an off-axis front projection unit for simulation purposes. Remote operation was a key element in the project. This was solved using WLAN and serial communication.
