The LUXBEAM® 2230 is based on the third generation DLP® data processing component from Texas Instruments Inc. LUXBEAM® 2230 DLP® offers cost effective designs with high picture quality.
The LUXBEAM® 2230 comprises the image improvement technologies BrilliantColorTM and DynamicBlackTM. Projectors made with LUXBEAM® 2230 will therefore have better colors and higher contrast.
Further the LUXBEAM® 2230 provides faster response due to improved DMDTM load time. Digital zoom and frame rate conversion is also supported on the LUXBEAM® 2230 platform.
LUXBEAM® 2230 can support both conventional UHP lamps and LED as light source.
LUXBEAM® 2230 can support up to 60 Hz UXGA graphics resolutions and up to HD 1080p video resolutions. DMDs supported range from 0.55" SVGA via 0.55" XGA to 0.65" WXGA. DMD’s are available both in plastic and ceramic packages.
LUXBEAM® 2230 offers flexibility w.r.t on screen menus, connectivity, communication etc, and is an exellent platform for cost effective development of projector products for both industrial applications as well as consumer applications.
