“After three years with an office facility in the centrally located BaoAn Building on Dong Fang Road in Pudong, it was time to move on when we needed a clean room assembly facility”, says General Manager Gary Gao of VISITECH Shanghai. The clean room manufacturing facility will be used to assemble optical modules and light engines. VISITECH will continue to use the established, professional vendors for PCB assembly services, while we do not expect to use subcontractors for Light Engine assembly any longer. VISITECH, traditionally being an engineering company, has experienced significant growth as a supplier of customized DLP® products over the last couple of years, first mainly DLP® based Electronic Boards, and lately also an increase in supplies of Light Engines.

The new facility is conveniently located between Shanghai Pudong Airport and the city center.  It is within walking distance from the Zhangjiang Station on metro line 2. As line 2 now is being prolonged to extend all the way through the city center to Shanghai Pudong Airport, the access to VISITECH’s facility in Shanghai becomes very easy.
